MOVEMENT WILL IMPROVE CADETS.
(Received May 13, 9 a.m.) BRISBANE, May 13. Lieutenant-Genera 1 Sir Robert Baden-Powell, in an interview, declared that he was travelling the world for the purpose of seeing what the Boy Scou.ts were doing. He does not think that compulsory training will interfere with the Scout movement. On the other hand, the Scouts will immensely improve the Cadet system, as the movement imbued boys with the right spirit, without which good soldiers were impossible. i ,%* :
