A. AND P. SECRETARYSHIP.
The Master, ton A. and P..Association has done well in appointing Mr J. B. Eaniniett to the position of permanent secretary. Mr Eonmet-t possesses in a .marked degree tiiose qualities which go to imake a isucces&ful administrative officer. Systematic and business-like ;in his methods, courteous in demean- ! our, and full cf energy, he is a man whJose services will be invaluable at the present important stage of the Association's, history. It is no reflection upon the business ability of otlier aspirants for the position that- they should have been passed over for a man who has already demonstrated h:s worth.
