In the House of Commons, the Hon. W. G. A. Ormshy-Gore, Unionist member for tho Denbig districts, raised a. debate on Syndicalism. Mr C. E. Lobhouse, Chancellor or the Duchy of Lancashire, said he did not think the doctrine had a real hold on the British working classes. Therewere many cases of unrest. The Government was willing to 'grant a .wide enquiry into the causes of the rise "in'the cost of liviiig and of industrial unrest. '
