GOOD ADVICE BY LABOUR LEADERS.

Trains are in readiness at Aldcrshofc to convey four thousand troops to disturbed districts. An additional six thousand are being got in readiness. The Labour leaders have abjured the strikers to refrain from disorder in places where men are resuming work; otherwise the public sympathy will be alienated. , > (Received March 29, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, March 28.
