PUNISHING NON-STRIKERS
Received This Morning, 12.40 o'clock^ LONDON, March 11. The Amalgamated Society of Railwaymen has foreclosed on the mortgagee of members who failed to respond to the strike in August. The privileges of the Society enable a memiber to obtain a loan to the extent of five-sixths of his house interest, at per cent., to be repaid in twenty years.
