INAUGURATION CEREMONY PRESIDENT YUAN SBIH KAI. Received This Morning, 12.5 o'clock. PEKIN, March 11. 'General Yuan Shih Kai was inaugurated President of the Chinese Republic. A simple ceremonial was held at Waiwupu, in tho presence of delegates from Nanking and Wuchang, and representatives of the Manchus, Mongol- ! ians, Mohammedans, and Thibetans, | together with envoys from most of the provinces, the army and navy, and many foreigners, (though the legations were not represented. General Yuan Shih Kai, in his declaration, promised to sweep away the disadvantages of Monarchist, and to retire when tlhe Assembly appoints a permanent President.THE FOREIGN CONCESSIONS. BRITISH ACTION. Received This Morning, 12.40 o'clock. LONDON, March 11. The Daily Mail's Tientsin correspondent states that /the Inniskillena Jhave been ordered to march at day ■break to apprehend Chinese soldiers within the foreign concession, and ta 6hoot registers.
