(By Telegraph—-Press Association.) DTJXEDIN, Last Night. In the Wairau 'ection case, after argument, the Judge gave an order for particulars as to election expenses, to the best of the petitioners' knowledge and belief, and also that petitioners are precluded from giving evidence in support of any charge or case in which particulars have not 'been delivered, except by the consent of the Trial Court. Particulars are to be supplied on or before Saturday next, and the cost of the summons to be paid by. petitioners to respondent.
