EXCEPTIONALLY EASY TERMS.

The important subdivisional sale o; the Oimana Block into sheep and daivy farms takes place on the 29th inst. The Omana Block of 12,000 acres is situate to file north of Auckland, and is being subdivided into 61 farms varying in size from 1-i to 895 acres. A point of most importance :n connection with this sale is the easy terms upon which the sections can be bought. The terms will suit the means of all buyers, being 5 per . cent, on the (fall of the hammer, 10 per cent, on taking possession, 10 per cent, r--12 months ;or if 15 per cent, in value is spent on the property in improvements during the first 12 months, then the last ten per cent, is to be postponed for a further two year. 4 . Only 5 per cent, per annum intereo will be charged on unpaid balance.
