CRICKET TROUBLE IN AUSTRALIA ADELAIDE CONDEMNS BOARD'S ACTION. I CABLE TO MARYLEBONE CLUB. (Received March 2, 9.45 a.m.) ADELAIDE, March 2. In the Adelaide Town Hall a crowded public meeting was held to discuss the cricket crisis. The Mayor presi ded. The board'.s action was strongly condemned, and the meeting expressed sympathy with the six. MELBOURNE, March 2. In accordance with the resolution at the recent public meeting in Mel« bourne, a cable has been sent to the Marylebone Olub, protesting against the Board of Control's team being received as representative, and suggesting that the Marylebone Club should stipulate for a representative team to foe sent Home.

It is stated that prominent cricket supporters intend to apply for an exparte injunction, to prevent the Board of Control from proceeding further with the despatch of the selected team, after it had taken itihe conditional acceptance of the six players, who have refused invitation.
