UPPER PLAIN RAINFALL. Mr J. 0. Boddington reports that rain fell on ten days in February. The maximum fall in 24 hours was 1.66 inches, registered on the 10th. The minimum was 1 point on the 11th. The total for the month was 4.83 inches. The total ifor January and February was 5.69 inches, the average for the corresponding period being 5.52 inches.
