SUPPOSED DISASTER A SIGNIFICANT CABLE. (Received Last Night, 10.25 o'clock.) WASHINGTON, February 22. The Costa, ltican Minister has received a cablegram containing the singlo word "Earthquake." He fears that some disaster has overtaken Costa Rica. Communication is interrupted.
