LONDON, February 21

Referring to the churchmen's demonstration at the Albert Hall against Welsh Disestablishment, the Primate said that he found no definite expression, of opinion by the great Nonconformist denominations in favour of the proposal. The question was- enormously complicated, because it was identified with political partisanship. Lord Selhourne declared that the argument .used to-day to be. spoil the Church would, in years to come, .when ."another state of public opinion existed, be. used to despoil the Nonconformists.
