BENGHAZI ATTACKED FOUR HUNDRED ITALIANS KILLED. (Received February 10, 9.30 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, Feb. 9. It is officially stated that TurcoArab forces made three assaults on Benghazi on the 23rd January. They killed 400 Italians, and a. quantity of mules, ammunition, and stores were captured. Thirty Turks were killed and forty wounded.
