DRASTIC MEASURES CADETS IMPRISONED. (Received Last Night, 11.35 o'clock.; SYDNEY, February 9. The military authorities are adopting drastic action with cadets v.lio fail to attend drills under the compulsory Act.. Eleven who have not attended since July have been committed to confinement for a term corresponding to the period which drills should have occupied, and have been ordered to pay 16s 6d costs each."
