LIBERALS ENTERTAINED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) ■ TIMAiR-U;. Last NHglit. Mr T. Buxton, M.P.; was entertained at Temuka last night, by his election committee, and . presented with an illuminated address of a complimentary nature. Representatives we're prestnt from all parts of the fdistajit parts- of the electorate. The Hon. T. Mackenzie' was "also present, and gave a speech in which he claim>ed that the Liberal Party had done umiah to increase the prosperity of the country. To-monrow he will attend a (presentation to Sir W. J. Steward at Wacimate,, and "Mien go to Pama.ru to attend a gathering in honour of the Hon. T. 'Y. Duncan.
