ANOTHER STEAMER SEIZED OFF COAST OF TUNIS. (Received Hast Nig 1 ', 5.5 o'clock.) PARIS, January 27. The Italians have seized the French steamer Tavegna.no, on the coast of Tunis, and have taken her to Tripoli. PRINCIPLE OF SEIZURES. TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE HAGUE. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) JRIOME, January 27. France has undertaken to establish the identity of the Mianouba's passengers'. Matters of principle involved in the seizures will be submitted to the Hague Tribunal.
