At the trial of Mrs Hazzard in connection with the death of Claire Williamson, the Judge, acting upon positive evidence that the jury wasbeing tampered with, issued a stern warning. He said that the discovery of the guilty party would result in his being sent to gaol. Hie exonerated counsel on both pfdes. '
