MRS HAZZARD'S TRIAL
WARNING FROM THE JUDGE. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) NEW YOPK,. January 27. At the trial of Mrs Hazzard in connection with the death of Claire Williamson, the Judge, acting upon positive evidence that the jury wasbeing tampered with, issued a stern warning. He said that the discovery of the guilty party would result in his being sent to gaol. Hie exonerated counsel on both pfdes. '
Cfounsel for Mt& Hazzard asked for the acquittal! of-''the accused, but this was refused by the Judge.
