VICTIM'S DEPOSITIONS TAKEN. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) THAMES, Last Night. In connection with the Wakatere tragedy, where one lad shot another, m the temple, the depositions of the victim, who now lies in a precarious condition in the Hospital, v.-ere taken. Rowlands stated to th© police that the shooting was quite accidental, an d Walding was not in any way to blame. The latter was before the Polkx! Court to-day, charged with doing actilai bodily hairm, and was remanded on bail.
