MOVEMENTS OF THE ARABS A TOWN PILLAGED. ((Received Last Night, 11.15 o'clock.) TRIPOLI, January 9. Arabs are gathering in the vicinity of Duma, and Tlobauk with some cannon and quiekfirers. Arab raiders pillaged the oasis'at Gaa-gara&h, and massacred many of the inhabitants, including women and children.
