GJSBORNE, Last Night

At the inquest to-day on the body of the young man Jolrn William W:ood, aged 28, who was found sitting dead in an outbuilding, _ medical evidence was given to the effect that death was due to the inflamed condition of the deceased's. left lung, due to pneumonia, and accelerated by the diseased condition of the internal organs ialso evidences of extreme alcoholic habits. It was stated that deceased, an accountant, was to have started work that .morning, but after having a drink returned to where he ■was staying, expressing, the determination to lay down. A verdict was returned in accordance with the medical evidence:
