L'IXDON", Rcccmlier 14. The Times' Delhi correspondent says that it is noticeable that the over-whelming importance of ihc change of capital is not fully grasped, even by prominent administrators. The predominant feeiing in Bengal, in the absence of reasons, is that the violent agitation won the victory. The Mahommedans are unmoved 1. y the change of capital. They feel that the Moslems in Eastern Bengal li'ivc been deserted. The Indians are enormously impressed with the power and attributes of the Grown. The spectacle when the King-Em-peror announced has intention to shift the capital impressed all.
