THE DELAGOA TREATY A NEWSPAPER COMPLAINT

BERLIN, November 30. The Post Accuses Britain of not agreeing with, the enforcement of the DeLagoa treatv t whereby Germany would receive Portuguese West Africa and East Africa to the Zambesi. The paper adds: "Germany must acquire new territory, and if Britain continues to hamper her she must, oppose Britain. The fleet and army of wermaaiy do not liold aggressive views, 'nit they would rather fight than Jeeay or starve."
