FRANKTON JUNCTION TO MASTERTON.
A pigeon race under tlhe auspices of the Masterton Homing Pigeon. CTub was flown yesterday afternoon, from Frankton Junction to Masterto.il, an, iaLrline distance of 220 miles. The winning bird completed the distance in shrs. 26nvin&. The prize was a trophy given by Mr C. Perry. The are as, follow : Mr W. Drake's "Sea Queen," llOlyris per nvinute 1 M|r J.
