HEAT WAVE
IN NEW SOUTH WALES.

SYDNEY, October 23. A heat wave has been experienced during Che past three days! The temperature in many of the country towns reached over 100 degrees. The highest was 107deg. In the city 88 was recorded, being the highest of the season.

SYDNEY, October 23. The heat wave is causing serious anxiety to wheat growers.
