DECISION OF THE LORDS.

Received This Morning, !H0 o'clock

TJDNDON, August 2. Lord Morley. in a letter to the Government supporters in the Houao of Lordis, states that the decision on the Parliament Bill will probably be taken in the House of Lords on the 9th iivst. He urges their attendance to combat tdie hostile action of the small minority aiming at its rejection. He adds that a great majority of the Opposition Peers deprecate its rejection.
