SYDNEY, Aug. 2. The Liberals have had-, a sample of the Labour Party's troublous (times, when Mr J. Miller placed his resignation, in Mr Wade',Si hands, owing to Mr Wade stating that Mr Miller had not played the game in voting for the second reading of Mr Beeby's Industrial Bill. Explanations followed, and the resignation went no further. Mr MacDonnell, Chief Secretary, has signed a nomination for the vacancy at Cobar, caused through his absence from Parliament.
