FLUSH OF MONEY.
There is one man in New Zealand who would appear to be flush of money just now. That man is Mr C. A. Loughnan, solicitor, of Balmerston' North. He has offered .to contribute £IOO to the Opposition campaign fund if anybody can prove the accuracy of a single .statement made by Mr Ma-ssey concerning the. Mobau syndicate. The Evening Post says that Mr Loughnan runs a very considerable risk of losing his money, for it point® out that .the .statement of -Mr Massey that Mr McNab is chairman of the syndicate is both accurate and (material. It will be interesting to see df the flush Mr Loughnan is as quick ito pay up that £IOO as ho was to rush into print with the offer.
