FRAUD AND COLLUSION.
(Received July 20, 9.45 a.m.) . . LONDON, July 19. • Frank Houlder applied to . the Court of Chancery to declare that
the issue of ten thousand £5 shares in Houlder Bros., Ltd., ,last March was fraudulently and, collusively made.
After a lengthy hearing the action has been settled, the plaintiff withdrawing the charges against defendants?, who included other directors of Houlder Bros, and the Federal Steam Navigation Company.
