ADJOURNED MEETING. The adjourned meeting of the Maste<rton Trust iLands "Trustees was held last evening, there being present :—Messrs E. G. Eton (chairman), R. Rrahagen, 0. Pragnell, W. H. Jackson, C. E. Daniell, J. H.. Pauling, T. Wagg, T. B. Michell, and D. Caseiberg. . A letter was received trcm Jtlugn W. Jackson, asfoing that his fourteen y-ears- lease of iscotions in M.&o ara Street be increased to twentyone years'. The applicant stated that lie intended to carry out extensive improvements.— The matter was rer tferred to the chairman and Mr D&niell, who are to report at next meeting concerning the improvements contemplated. , The treasurer reported a creditbalance of £144 Is 2d. Rents received from 9th June to 14th July amounted to £lO7 6s 4-d. Accounts amounting to £.lbo 1<» lid <wesre passed for payment.
