THE LATEST DEVELOPMENTS SEVERAL OWNERS GRANT INCREASES. Received This Morning, 12.40 o'clock. LONDON, June 19. A thousand seamen and firemen at Hull have struck work. The Allan and Donaldson lines, of Glasgow, have conceded .the increase demanded by the men. Several owners in London have made concessions. The Times states that a complete victory would give the seamen an average advance of £lO per annum, involving British shipping in an increased burden of £1,375,000 yearly.
