MODEL AEROPLANE CLUB AT Y.M.C.A.

Last night, at the Y.tM.C.A. in Masterton, the members of the Boys' Department met for the purpose of instituting a woodwork and modelling class. Amongst some of the models which, it is intended to take up is the aeroplane. Mr H. J. Byford has volunteered to instruct the boys, ait'd any of the senior members who core to come along each Monday evening, for the purpose of making models of scientific kites, aeroplanes (of which the secretary has some excellent plans), and other novelties such as telephones, shocking coils, and, of course, ordinary woodwork. The work will commence next Mjonday, and a small fee is to he charged Tor working materials and expenses.
