GOVERNMENT PAYING "BLOOD MONEY."

Received This Morning, 12.15 o'clock CONSTANTINOPLE. June .18.

Eighty thousand Albanian highlanders attended the opening of the Selamiik at, the tomb of the Sultan Mourad, on the Plain- of Kossovo.

Immense enthusiasm was displayed.

The Grand Vizier announced that an amnesty would bo granted all AiUbanians for political offences. In order to check vendettas, the Government lias promised to pay "blood money" amounting to £30,000 for all unavenged murders.
