At the meeting of the Wairarapa Rugby Union, on Saturday last, it was decided tlhat in futujre. al third- 1 class teams must leave tflhe town in/ which the match is played not later than eix o'clock, the»onus of leaving to time being on the captain of the team; and that any unseemly behav-. iour on tih© part of the team reported to the Union will mean the disqualification of the whole team. . ■.;•
