PAHIATUA STOCK SALE.
Messrs Dalgety and Go., Ltd., report having held their weekly Palliatua stock sale in the P.? I .A. yards on the 30tih hist., when they offered a fair yarding of cattle, which consisted {'hisfly of steers and store cows. There were no buyers for the class of cattle offering, consequently tlie bulk of our entry was passed in at prices below lat rates. We quote:— Four-tooth to syr ewes, 8s; store oavos, 4s 9d to 5s 6d; fat ewes, to lis 3d; 2-tooth wethers, 10s 3d; 18month steers, £3; 2iyr steers-'to £4 15s.
