Earth radiation:—2B, or 4 degrees of frost. Earth temperature:—s3.6, and falling. Wind :—Light and west. Rainfall :-—lO points. At 6 o'clock last night, for the previous 24 hours: — Shade temperature:—Maximum 50 degrees, minimum 44.8, mean, 47,4. Earth radiation :—42 degrees. Earth temperature (1 ft): —53 degrees. Wind:—West. Rainfall: —7l points. Rain" has fallen almost inoossantly during the whole 24 hours.
