AN APOLOGY,

LONDON, April 11
Tho Executive Council of the South Wales Miners' Federation, presided over by Mr W. Brace, M.P., decided to convene another general conference to discuss the Cambrian combine strike.
The Council expressed sincere regret that the representatives of the Miners' Federation of Britain had been subjected to discourteous treatment when visiting Rhondda Valley in an endeavour to effect a settlement* of the Cambrian trouble
