I A resolution requesting President I Taft to formulate a subsidiary reciprocity agreement with Canada has been introduced in the House of Re- ' presentatives. Priority is asked in re--1 gard to free meats, wheat, flour, farm implements, machinery, cutlery, and lumber products.
