EACH ACCUSE THE OTHER.
DECIDE THEIR ACTION BY CARDS. (Received Last Night, 10.10 o'clock.) SYDNEY, Apri 15. Two seventeen-year-old boys named Millar and Claro are being tried on the charge of having shot Mrs Warby and her daughter, on January 29th. Each of the accused stated in evidence that the other did the shooting. Claro said that he and Millar played cards. He won the first game, by which it was decided that he should rob the farm. Millar won the second, which involved his doing tlie shooting. The police stated that Clare's rifle was clean, but Millar's showed signs of having been fired. SENTENCED TO DEATH.
Received This Morning, 12.30 o'clock SYDNEY, April 6.
The Boys Clare and Millar were both found guitty and sentenced to death.
