WHARF LABOURERS' OBJECTIONS. Received This Morning, 12.15 o'clock SYDNEY, April 6. In order to meet the wharf labourers' objections to handling cement in bags, the Portland Cement Company proposes to use paper linings. The Union is considering if they will handle the bags in the suggested condition.
