LONDON, March 27,
The Westminster Gazette says the Observer's forecast, that the Parliament (Veto) Bill can scarcely reach the House of Lords before May next, should prove substantially correct, unless the Government decides not to wait for a second rejection, but takes steps to prevent such a contingency.
