A letter was received from the Marine- Department, .forwarding a copy of the Harbour Amendment Act, 1910, and three copies of an Order in Council making regulation, s for the election of members of Harbour Boards, together with three ! copies of an Order in Council ap- ; pointing the principal authorities in the case of combined districts.
