LONDON, March 9
The, Rev. J. O. Hannay., better known as George Birmington, lecturing before the Sinn Fein Society at Dublin, said the Papel decree regarding mixed marriages had enormously increased the dread of Home Rule among Irish Protestants. It was a weapon likely to be used effectively among English Non-conformists and politicians.
