HARBOUR BOARD ELECTION.
ARRANGEMENTS BEING MADE
Mr R. Brown, of Masterton, will act as Returning Officer in the Har- | bour Board election which takes place simultaneously with : the municipal i elections next month. The Wairarapa district, which is entitled to return two members, extends from Cross Creek to the. Manawatu river, taking in all the intervening boroughs, town districts counties. Every person whose :. name; is on the roll of either a borough, ijown'district, or county will be entitled M to vote. -The chief polling booth will be in Masterton, but other booths will be provided in suitable places throughout the district. Mr Brown is at present engaged making the necessary arrangements forvfche booths, , rolls, etc. ' '' ,
