Scott was charged; at' the Court to-dSy;^yith•: leaving hvpnnded his hrothef, 'Allah Scott,'ivith:a bullet from l a" with.intent; to do grievous bodily harm. The accused was remanded till the 18th jnst.y bail being fixed at £2OO and his own surety of £IOO, The brothers, quarrelled at Redcliffe, on 2nd January and accused fired across a paddock at Allan, and missed him. Later he shot him at close quarters, the pellet entering his breast. The wound is not serious, but it is feared the bullet has .lodged in one of the lungs. ;; -< ;•■/"■■
