Tiiirarigi because he was suspected of carrying liquor on board. On Christmas Eve he violently assaulted Captain Sellars, and did his best to throw'the skipper, overboard. To-day he was brought before, the court and charged with assault and with using obscene language. He was sentenced to six week's on each charge, .the sentences to be cumulative. -.'•' .
