The "Socialist paper L'Humanite publishes a telegram from Mr LloydGeorge, British Chancellor of the lLxchequer. which does not dispute the general sense of the interviw with him piiblishd by the paper named, and in which he expressed his surprise that tyhe Democrats of France were not sympathetic with the British Liberals. Mr Lloyd-George.. adds, however; that he thinks if the copy of the interview had been submitted to him before its publication, -he.-would- have modified it, in form and substance
