LLOYD-GEORGE'S INTERVIEW.

The newspaper "Rappels" declares that Mr Lloyd-George's interviews with the "Lg Matin" is equal to a diplomatic act. The silence in England and France for some months regarding the entente is attributed to changes in the intentions of the British democracy. Mr Lloyd-Gorge's statement is said to have ended all uncertainty in the matter.
