A STEAMER WRECKED.
TWELVE LIVES LOST. (Received Last Night, 11 o'clock.) STOCKHOLM, Dec 19. The Swedish steamer Cedric has been wrecked in. the Gulf of Bothnia, in the north of the Baltic Sea. Twelve persons were drowned, including all the officers excepting the captain.
