PALMERSTON TRAMWAY LOAN.
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) , PALMERSTON IS , Last Night. 'lhe Borough Council this evening decided to place a loan proposal before the ratepayers in'JMarch next, to provide an electric tram service for Palmerston at an estimated cost of £9OOO oer mile.
