KILLED ON THE RAILWAY.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.), GORE, Last Night While a light engine, belonging to the Public Works Department was running through - from the north tor Wa : mahaka t-i-day, a man was run into and killed. Half an hour before,, he was seen reading tome distance' from the railway. The body was wedged under the cow-cacher. teceased was of short statue and middle-aged.
